Job summary

NUSTAR Resort in the Philippines is seeking a proactive PR & Publicity professional on a probationary basis to help plan and execute public relations initiatives that align with the brand and business goals.

You will prepare media materials, build media relationships, and assist in organizing events and activations. The role requires strong writing, collaboration, and the ability to craft consistent brand messaging in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of PR and media initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
• Prepare PR materials including press releases, press kits, and media invitations.
• Build relationships with media and stakeholders to support brand visibility.
• Assist in organizing media events, press launches, and brand activations.
• Maintain media databases, coverage trackers and PR reports.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular insights reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging alignment.
• Ensure communications adhere to brand voice and guidelines.
• Support coordination with above-the-line vendors including OOH, TV, Radio, etc.
• Provide support in crisis communication planning and execution.
