Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong research, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Check and coordinate with third-party suppliers, including initial negotiations and ensuring service alignment with project goals.

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and organizing team materials.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and proactive in delivering client value.

• Should have at least one (1) year of experience in public relations. Fresh graduates with practical experience gained through internships or training programs are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong research and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
