Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor news and media coverage related to events and media releases.


• Conduct market research to gather insights and data relevant to ongoing projects.


• Create and maintain trackers and databases to organize information effectively.


• Reach out to potential partners, media outlets, and suppliers to facilitate collaborations.


• Assist in writing reports and editorials for internal and external communications.


• Provide administrative support to the PR / MR team, including scheduling and organizing events.


• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support various PR and media relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in Bachelor’s program, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.) and familiarity with media monitoring tools is a plus.
