Straightforward (365 Designs Retailing Inc.) is seeking a hands-on Lead to drive our Community & PR efforts in Metro Manila and manage creator and affiliate programs. You will guide the Community & PR associates and oversee outreach, ensuring a consistent brand voice across creators and media.

You will grow the creator ecosystem, optimize TikTok Shop affiliate programs, and deliver weekly performance reports on creator activity and affiliate sales.

Formación

• 2+ years in PR, influencer, or community work.
• 1+ year leading people.
• Experience with creator programs that drove sales.
