Job summary

Infinity Growth Evolution Corp. seeks an Affiliate Team Leader to own the day-to-day management, execution, and performance of our Affiliate/KOL team in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

You will lead a team of KOL Specialists, coordinate with Philippines and cross-border leadership, and drive results through KPI-driven coaching, clear priorities, and timely delivery in TikTok Shop affiliate marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
• Leadership background preferred with prior team management.
• Excellent spoken and written English; able to lead client meetings and draft reports.
• Operational mindset; identifies bottlenecks and drives execution without waiting for instruction.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage KOL Specialists; set priorities, KPIs, and deliverables; conduct 1-on-1s.
• Translate strategies into daily tasks; enforce deadlines and review quality.
• Lead client meetings in English; present monthly performance reports; manage expectations.
• Track team-wide metrics; translate data into actionable operations and solutions.
• Identify skill gaps; coach and apply technical leads' strategies daily.
• Coordinate with Data PM, Account Management, PH and China-based teams.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Team Leader to take full ownership of the day-to-day management, execution, and performance of our Affiliate/KOL team.

In this role, you will directly manage our team of KOL Specialists and serve as the main operational bridge connecting the Philippines affiliate team, assigned brands, Strategy & Operations leads, and cross-border leadership. If you thrive in fast-paced e-commerce environments, excel at driving team accountability, and have a strong background in TikTok Shop affiliate marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & People Management: Directly manage KOL Specialists; set clear priorities, KPIs, and deliverables; conduct regular 1-on-1s; monitor performance and implement coaching or PIPs when necessary.
• Task Allocation & Execution: Translate high-level affiliate strategies into actionable daily tasks, set strict deadlines, review execution quality, and proactively follow up on deliverables.
• Brand & Client Communication: Act as the primary Affiliate contact for assigned brands; lead client meetings in English, present monthly performance reports, align on brand goals, and manage expectations.
• Performance & KPI Tracking: Track team-wide Affiliate metrics in close alignment with Strategy & Operations; translate data insights into operational execution and elevate blockers with proposed solutions.
• Training & Team Development: Identify individual skill gaps, provide hands-on coaching, and ensure strategies from technical leads are effectively applied in daily operations.
• Cross-Border Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Data PM, Account Management) and facilitate smooth communication flows between local (PH) and international (China-based) teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, KOL/Influencer Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing.
• Leadership Background: Prior experience managing, supervising, or leading a team is strongly preferred.
• Language & Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; fully confident in leading client meetings and drafting formal reports independently.
• Operational Drive: Strong ownership mindset—someone who proactively identifies operational bottlenecks, proposes solutions, and drives execution without waiting for top-down instructions.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable working with KPIs, performance metrics, and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Cultural Adaptability: Ability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-cultural and international team setups.
