Job summary

IG Evolution Corporation is seeking a dynamic leader to head our MCN/affiliate team in Taguig. The role focuses on setting KPIs, driving growth for creators, affiliates, and TikTok Shop revenue, and improving overall team efficiency.

You will coach and develop team members, manage performance, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, HR, and Finance to achieve ambitious targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in team leadership, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, influencer/creator management or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the MCN/affiliate team.
• Set and manage KPIs, targets, workloads, and priorities.
• Drive creator acquisition, activation, retention, affiliate productivity, and TikTok Shop GMV/revenue.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action when targets are missed.
• Conduct 1-on-1s, coaching, performance reviews, training, and development plans.
• Allocate creators, accounts, campaigns, and projects based on capacity and strengths.
• Oversee creator, affiliate, seller, brand, and partner relationships.
• Guide strategies for TikTok Shop sales, campaigns, livestreams, affiliate programs, and creator scaling.
• Develop processes, playbooks, and best practices to improve team efficiency.
• Handle escalations, negotiations, and high-value partnerships.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person has 2-3+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, influencer/creator management, or digital marketing.
