Job summary

UNDP Philippines seeks a National PPP Sustainable Finance Specialist to lead the review and enhancement of the Sustainable Financing Manual for PPP projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in management, business administration, finance, economics, socio-economic development or related fields.
At least five years of demonstrated experience in PPP projects or mobilizing private sector finance for adaptation, NbS, and green tools.
At least three years in capacity building and institutional development in PPP, infrastructure investment, or private sector financing.

Responsibilities

Lead review and enhancement of the Sustainable Financing Manual for PPP projects.
Design and facilitate at least two consultation activities with government agencies, financial institutions, and experts to gather inputs.
Prepare an Assessment Report with recommendations, outline, and workplan for the revised Manual.
Conduct desk research on domestic and international sustainable finance policies and instruments relevant to PPPs.
Develop the revised Manual and training materials, including a ToT design and exercises.
