Affinity Express Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Campaign Specialist (PPC) to join our expanding digital advertising team. You will manage paid search campaigns and turn data into actionable strategies that drive results.

You will optimize Google Ads, analyze performance data, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign goals, including night shifts aligned with US hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in performance or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills in performance marketing
• Excellent written communication for reports and insights
• Willingness to work night shift aligned with US hours

• Analyze campaign data and create clear, insightful performance reports and analytics summaries
• Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with internal teams to support performance marketing initiatives and campaign goals
• Contribute to a data-driven, performance-focused environment

What We Are Looking For?

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, particularly Search and Performance Max (PMAX)
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical skills with a background in performance marketing
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in preparing reports, analysis, and performance insights
• Reliable internet connection and willingness to work night shift aligned with US hours

Good to have:

• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Usermaven or similar analytics, reporting, and ticketing tools
