AffinityX is seeking an experienced Campaign Specialist (PPC) to optimize paid search efforts. You will manage Google Ads campaigns (Search & PMAX), monitor performance, and translate data into actionable insights.

This remote role requires strong analytical thinking, and excellent written communication, with the ability to work US-time night shifts. You will collaborate with internal teams, leverage GA/ GTM for tracking, and contribute to broader performance marketing initiatives, delivering

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search & PMAX) end-to-end.
• Intermediate skills in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Background in performance marketing with a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent written communication skills, especially for reporting and analysis.
• Reliable internet connection and able to work night shift (US time).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max (PMAX).
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met.
• Analyze data and prepare clear, insightful written reports and analytics summaries.
• Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate internally to support performance marketing initiatives (non-client-facing role).
