Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking a Field Power Installation Lead to guide subcontractors on telecom power systems across sites in the Philippines.

You will train teams, coordinate field deployments, and ensure safe, on-time delivery while reporting material gaps and incidents to the project team.

This in-person role requires travel across regions and strong independent work in collaboration with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience with telecom power equipment installation, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel extensively and be assigned to any region or province as required by the project.
• Ability to work independently on field deployments and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train subcontractors for power installation on-site and remotely.
• Coordinate continuous communications with subcontractor installation teams and report missing materials.
• Report incidents to team lead especially regarding materials transport to site.
• Inspect subcon quality installation for pre-acceptance.
• Do acceptance test with customer.

• Continuous communication to subcontractor installation team and report lacking or missing materials
• Report any incident to TL specially regarding materials transport to site etc.
• Inspection of subcon quality installation for Pre-acceptance
• Do acceptance test with customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of telecommunication power systems, including AC and DC power systems
• Experience in the installation, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting of telecom power equipment
• Experience with rectifier systems; familiarity with Rectifier Systems is an advantage
• Willing to travel extensively and be assigned to any region or province as required by the project
• Ability to work independently on field deployments and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Work Assignment: Cebu (1 SE)
