Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. seeks a Field Power Installation Supervisor to guide subcontractors in on-site and remote telecom power installations.

You will coordinate with customers, project teams and subcontractors, ensuring material availability and quality during pre-acceptance and installation phases. The role requires travel to various regions as needed and the ability to work independently on field deployments, with a focus on Cebu-based assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of telecommunication power systems including AC and DC power systems.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of telecom power equipment; rectifier systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train subcontractors for on-site and remote power installation.
• Ensure timely communication with subcontractor installation teams and report missing materials.
