Job summary

Insystic Corp. is seeking a Driver/Technician to support telecommunications site activities, including surveys, installation, commissioning, and documentation. The role requires driving to project locations and coordinating with the team.

You will operate company vehicles, perform basic maintenance checks, and assist with loading and unloading tools. Flexibility to travel across Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical/vocational course; relevant field.
• Valid Professional Driver's License for 4-wheel vehicles.
• Experience in driving and field/technical work; telecom exp is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment, networking, installation.
• Physically fit to lift and handle heavy equipment.
• Willing to travel to project locations and work in field environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork; able to follow safety procedures.
• Willing to deployment to Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao.

Responsibilities

The Driver/Technician is responsible for supporting telecommunications site activities, including site surveys, equipment installation, commissioning, integration, quality testing, documentation, and deployment. The role also involves operating company vehicles, transporting personnel and equipment, and assisting with warehouse and field activities. The position requires flexibility and willingness to travel and deploy to various project locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader (TL) in the installation and setup of data network and communication equipment.
• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with Philippine traffic laws and company policies.
• Transport personnel, tools, equipment, and materials to designated project locations.
• Plan efficient routes and ensure timely arrival at assigned destinations.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance checks, including oil, water, fuel, and tire pressure.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, secure, and in good working condition.
• Assist in loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials when required.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients when necessary.
• Report vehicle issues, delays, accidents, or other concerns promptly.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other technical, driving, and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications
