Job summary

Roadsky Manufacturer and Builder Corp. is seeking a Sales Engineer to promote generator machines and related products to contractors, businesses, and government bodies in Southern Mindanao.

Applicants should have technical knowledge of gensets, strong presentation skills, and ability to close deals. The role requires establishing and maintaining accounts, delivering compelling product demos, and providing post-sale support including installation and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
• At least 2 to 3 years technical and/or engineering sales experience or equivalent.
• With solid experience in GENSET Selling and Basic Troubleshooting.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Willing to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Establish new accounts and handle existing accounts, if needed.
• Prepare and deliver powerful presentation of products to prospective customers.
• Make proposal, close deals and meet targeted sales objectives.
• Visit customer and promote company's products such as generator machines, tools and other products that may be assigned.
• Conduct technical discussions for generator machine tools and assess customer demands.
• Monitor delivery and installation at the customer's site.
• Install company products at customer sites, ensure that they are working effectively, and provide any necessary training and instruction to users.
• Carry out the on-site repair of company products and ensure that they are working effectively.
• Respond to technical enquiries from customers and ensure that any problems presented are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Undertake the testing of company products and equipment, as requested, to ensure that they are working effectively.
