Job summary

Roadsky Manufacturer and Builder Corp. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales of generator sets and related services to contractors, businesses, and government organizations in Northern Mindanao and nearby areas.

The role requires technical knowledge of GENSET products, the ability to present compelling proposals, conduct on-site product installations, and provide training and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering in a related field.
• 2–3 years technical and/or engineering sales experience.
• Solid experience in GENSET selling and basic troubleshooting.
• Basic proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Establish new accounts and manage existing ones as needed.
• Deliver engaging product presentations to prospective customers.
• Prepare proposals and close deals to meet targets.
• Visit customers and promote generator machines and related products.
• Conduct technical discussions and assess customer requirements.
• Monitor delivery and installation at customer sites.
• Install products, train users, and ensure proper operation.
• Perform on-site repairs and ensure effective performance.
• Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues.
• Test products to ensure proper operation.
