Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Characterization Lab Manager to lead engineers and technicians in establishing a new power semiconductor characterization laboratory in Lipa, Philippines.

You will own characterization activities for SiC and Si-based devices and drive automation, data analysis, and test infrastructure from the ground up. You will collaborate with global teams to define specs, develop tests, and ensure compliance with JEDEC/IEC standards while traveling

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technical teams in a characterization lab.
• Experience with power semiconductor technologies (SiC, Si-based).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills for datasheets and design docs.
• Experience implementing SOPs and safety compliance in lab environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute characterization and verification of power semiconductor devices to ensure full functional coverage.
• Collaborate with design leaders to define test specifications and verification plans.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test setups and measurement systems.
• Analyze measurement data and generate technical reports for datasheets and internal docs.
• Lead design verification reviews ensuring alignment with JEDEC/IEC standards.
• Champion SOP alignment across all characterization sites globally.
• Identify and implement best practices in measurement, automation, and data analysis.
• Troubleshoot test failures and implement corrective actions.
