Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Characterization Lab Manager in Lipa, Philippines to lead engineers and technicians in power semiconductor characterization. You will establish the lab, define tests, and partner with global teams to support next‑gen devices.

You will own measurement setups, push automation, and produce reports for datasheets, while ensuring safety and compliance and driving SOP alignment across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in power semiconductor characterization, including SiC and Si-based technologies.
• Strong background in electrical measurements and test automation.
• Experience with JEDEC/IEC standards for characterization.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming for test development (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
• Leadership experience overseeing technical teams or labs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute characterization and verification of power semiconductor devices.
• Define test specifications and verification plans with design leaders.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test setups and measurement systems.
• Analyze measurement data and generate technical reports for datasheets and docs.
• Conduct design verification reviews ensuring JEDEC and internal standards.
• Champion SOP alignment across all characterization sites.
• Identify, implement, and improve measurement methodologies and data analysis.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for engineers and technicians and coordinate work.
