We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Characterization Lab Manager to lead engineers and technicians within our Power Semiconductor Characterization organization. This role combines deep technical ownership for the characterization and verification of advanced power semiconductor devices, including SiC Diodes, SiC/Si MOSFETs, Schottky Diodes, and IGBTs, with operational responsibility for establishing and managing a new characterization laboratory in Lipa, Philippines.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building the laboratory infrastructure, processes, capabilities, and team from the ground up while partnering with global characterization organizations to support the development of next-generation power semiconductor technologies. The position requires close collaboration with international teams and regular international travel to support knowledge transfer, alignment activities, and global project initiatives.
