Littelfuse Philippines invites applications for a senior characterization role focused on power semiconductor devices. Based in Batangas, the role leads the lab in testing, data analysis, and documentation, driving efficient, standards-aligned practices across sites.

The position requires deep experience in SiC/Si devices, advanced electrical measurement skills, and the ability to mentor teams while coordinating with global engineering colleagues. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in power semiconductor characterization incl. SiC/Si.
• Strong measurement skills with oscilloscopes and PXI systems.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead characterization and verification of power devices.
• Define test specs and verification plans.
• Develop automated test setups for efficiency.
• Lead lab safety and SOP harmonization.
• Plan lab capacity and equipment utilization.
• Mentor engineers and technicians.
