Job summary

Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. in Lipa seeks a Characterization Engineer to join a newly established lab. You will drive characterization and verification of SiC devices and related power semiconductor technologies, collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics engineering or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience creating verification plans, test benches, and automated testing.
• Experience presenting characterization and verification reviews.
• Hands-on with electrical measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform characterization and verification on power semiconductor devices.
• Study device specifications and define characterization plans.
• Develop test specifications with design engineers and product teams.
• Execute electrical measurements, collect data, analyze results.
• Report failures and support corrective actions.
• Develop/operate characterization setups and automated environments.
• Lead design verification reviews and generate reports.
• Contribute to lab capability improvements.
