Job summary

Teradyne in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (MFE) for the Power EagleTest family. You will serve as the manufacturing process expert, supporting transfer, assembly process development, and production readiness for new and existing products.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of EagleTest Power platform manufacturing, process controls, tooling, and release requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams to improve yield, cycle time, and cost while ensuring robust

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing or related).
Hands-on Power/EagleTest platform manufacturing experience.
Strong DFM/DFA, root cause analysis and process capability knowledge.
Experience leading product transfer, pilot builds and ramp.

Responsibilities

Own manufacturing process for EagleTest Power platform from NPI transfer to sustaining production.
Lead readiness activities including process transfer, validation, and ramp.
Develop and stabilize assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, test interfaces, inspection points and process controls.
Create platform-specific manufacturing documentation, including process flows, build readiness checklists and configuration controls.
Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and external partners.
