Responsibilities

• Contracting & Business Development: Assist in identifying business opportunities and developing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Marketing & Industry Engagement: Support the development of marketing plans and strategies; maintain customer databases; monitor ERC/DOE/WESM policies.
• Account Management & Customer Service: Monitor energy consumption and contract compliance; coordinate with Finance on billing; address customer issues and provide post-service support.
