First Gen Corporation is seeking a Business Development Officer for Power Infrastructure and Electrical Services to drive growth across commercial and operational aspects of projects in the Philippines. The role includes scoping, costing, pricing, contract management, billing, and coordination with accounting to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing or Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years experience in Business Development, Product Management or Electrical Services.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, prepare cost estimates and rate proposals, and oversee project execution to ensure successful delivery.
• Know Pi Energy's products and services to craft customer offers from technical proposals.
• Track leads, proposals, and project execution to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Coordinate with internal service providers for project requirements (Design, Costing, Contract).
• Prepare management reports on progress of accounts and projects, including key accounts and special projects.
• Develop strategies to improve product marketability and positioning against competitors.
• Analyze customer pain-points and provide tailored solutions, enabling cross-selling and long-term loyalty.
