Job summary

First Gen Corporation’s Pi Energy division is seeking a Commercial Business Development Officer to expand Mindanao reach through lead generation, customer engagement, and contract management. You will develop pipelines, close opportunities, and provide after-sales support while updating CRM logs.

You will coordinate with Arsenal and CBD teams, analyze market feedback, and help refine Pi Energy’s products and value propositions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business-related or engineering course; preferably Management, Marketing, Economics, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Business Development or retail sales (B2B sales or account management).
• Experience in the energy/power industry is preferred.
• Experience in Technical sales and working with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end customer pipeline and ensure existing accounts are engaged regularly.
• Qualify, develop and implement coverage plans within the assigned area to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts to secure orders and ensure timely closing.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and timely logging of opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
