Qualifications

• Must have strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query).
• Experience with BI tools, especially Power BI.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, and transformation.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of data warehousing principles and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and measurable metrics.
• Support data warehouse development and centralized data management initiatives.
• Conduct performance analysis on sales, operations, inventory, and finance.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to automate recurring reports.
• Ensure data governance and integrity across reporting systems.
• Document data definitions, KPIs, and reporting processes.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot discrepancies in reports.
