Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a BI Data Analyst to serve as the technical bridge between the BI unit, business stakeholders, and Corporate Data teams.

You will translate business needs into data requirements, support data model design, validate data accuracy, and ensure dashboards and KPI reports are built from governed, reliable sources. You will collaborate on data models, data marts, KPI datasets, and Power BI structures; validate ERP and warehouse data; perform data quality checks; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• At least 5 years of BI/Analytics or data engineering experience.
• Experience leading BI initiatives and cross-team coordination.
• Certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Engineer, or related BI tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data requirements and reporting specs.
• Collaborate on data models, tables, views, and pipelines.
• Design and review KPI datasets and Power BI-ready structures.
• Validate data from ERP and data sources; ensure accuracy.
• Perform data quality checks and root-cause analysis.
• Maintain KPI dictionaries, data mappings, and governance docs.
• Support migration from manual Excel reports to automated dashboards.
• Ensure dashboards follow KPI definitions and access controls.
• Work with users to understand reporting needs and gaps.
• Support dashboard testing, validation, deployment, and sign-off.
