• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

• Retail merchandising and product display experience

• Physical stamina for standing and lifting
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-focused approach and good communication
• Certifications in food handling or butchering preferred
• Ability to follow management instructions and work with team

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and prepare chicken and poultry to specification
• Maintain sanitation and safety for tools and station
• Display products attractively on shelves and displays
• Label products with price, weight, and expiry dates
• Monitor freshness and rotate stock, removing expired items
• Keep work area clean and organized, including display areas
• Adhere to health and safety regulations for raw poultry
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Communicate inventory levels to management
• Support promotional activities and merchandising initiatives
