MKS Workforce Management Services Inc is seeking a dedicated Merchanidser/Chicken Cutter (Butcher) based in Pulilan, Bulacan. The role involves preparing, processing, and presenting poultry products to the highest standards while ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining an efficient retail environment.

Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, portioning poultry, operating equipment safely, and maintaining stock levels.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a butcher, chicken cutter, or similar meat-processing role in retail.
Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques, food safety standards, and hygiene practices.
Proficiency in using butchering tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Understanding of product quality standards and ability to maintain consistency.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

Cutting, trimming, and portioning chicken and other poultry products.
Operating cutting equipment safely and keeping it in good condition.
Storing, labeling, and displaying products per safety rules.
Maintaining accurate inventory and reporting stock levels.
Monitoring quality and freshness, removing expired or damaged items.
Maintaining clean, hygienic work area and following health/safety protocols.
Assisting with merchandising displays to attract customers.
Providing excellent customer service and answering product questions.
Collaborating with team to ensure smooth daily operations and meet sales targets.
