Qualifications

• Proven experience as butcher, meat cutter or chicken processor.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, grades and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and butcher meat and poultry using professional techniques.
• Cut, debone, trim and portion poultry per specifications.
• Maintain accurate weight records and pricing.
• Display and label products with correct pricing and dates.
• Ensure hygiene and safety across all tools and surfaces.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management.
