V2X Inc in Subic, Philippines, seeks a Mail Clerk to oversee the movement, sorting, and distribution of mail for LOGCAP. The role requires strict security, accurate manifesting, and coordination with APOs and unit mail clerks.

The candidate will perform duties such as loading/unloading mail trucks, processing service mail, and ensuring proper documentation and safeguarding of all postal items, with emphasis on compliance and safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have home country Driver’s License and Philippine license.
• Must be a Filipino citizen.
• English proficiency at a high level.
• Experience in military postal or mail distribution preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safeguard mail and maintain security of the postal facility.
• Loads/unloads mail trucks; verify incoming/outgoing manifests.
• Sort mail by APOs or units; process service mail.
• X-ray mailbags when available and inspect for prohibited items.
• Open mailbags, forward mail to APO camps, JMMT or MCA.
• Provide customer services and explain postal services.
• Maintain daily dispatch logs and secure mail vehicles.
