Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or labor relations.
• Prior experience coordinating POSH processes and investigations is an advantage.
• Technical HR systems experience preferred (ServiceNow or Workday a plus).

Responsibilities

• Receive, document and process POSH and ICC complaints with confidentiality.
• Coordinate investigations, schedule meetings and track timelines.
• Log cases in ServiceNow and maintain confidential records.
• Prepare investigation reports and support ICC members with resources.
