Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join the APAC ER team in Bengaluru. You will handle policy interpretations, investigations, and advisory support to managers and HR partners to address employee relations matters.

The role focuses on conducting investigations, applying policies, and improving ER processes while ensuring compliance with local laws and confidentiality. A strong emphasis on data analysis and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 5+ years HR/Employee Relations experience.
• Solid ER case management, investigations, and investigation report writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PXPs in investigations and fact-finding on ER issues.
• Provide consultation, guidance and coaching to Managers and HR Business Partners on behavior and performance concerns.
• Track and analyze ER data to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Advise on complex ER cases by evaluating information and applying policies.
