Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines is hiring a cashier for The Outlets Lipa to deliver friendly, efficient service at the checkout. You will handle payments, process transactions, and ensure accuracy in pricing and stock visibility.

The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s degree, solid cashiering experience with POS, and excellent communication. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or any 4-year course.
• Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in The Outlets Lipa.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
