MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a reliable cashier to join our retail team in the Philippines. The role requires handling payments, operating registers and POS systems, and ensuring accuracy in every transaction.

You will balance the cash drawer, generate sales reports, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain a clean checkout area. A bachelor’s degree and cashiering experience with POS are preferred, with strong customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or any 4-year course.
• Has background in cashiering with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year/s experience in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in Alubijid Misamis Oriental-FS.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
