Job summary

You will ensure system availability, security, usability, and performance while offering timely technical support and resolving issues. The role covers development, reporting, dashboards, testing, and documentation across various modules, with emphasis on collaboration with departments and external IT providers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in web development and system implementation.
• Knowledge of web development languages, frameworks, and database management.
• Knowledge of network and server management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on system reliability, data accuracy, and security.
