Job summary

VISEO is hiring a CE GID POS AMS Consultant to deliver high-quality support and functional expertise for retail and Point-of-Sale systems. The role blends technical troubleshooting with strong retail domain understanding to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical POS applications.

The candidate will handle incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and ticket management using ITSM tools, while collaborating with L1–L3 teams and business stakeholders to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering/Computer Science or related IT field with relevant experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in POS or Retail Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for POS and retail applications, including incident resolution and system monitoring.
• Perform in-depth analysis, diagnose issues, and identify root causes for effective resolutions.
• Manage tickets using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence) with SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and operational excellence.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and validation activities.
• Maintain knowledge base, SOPs, and incident reports to strengthen team efficiency.
