Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an Operations Analyst – Portfolio Reporting in the Philippines. You will perform daily and monthly client account reconciliations across custodial and alternative investment accounts using proprietary software, ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.

Key duties include collaborating with the Implementation and Global Access teams to map client portfolios, troubleshooting exceptions, and maintaining pricing data from third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology.

Responsibilities

• In the reconciliation function, work with Implementation and Global Access teams to understand client portfolios and ensure deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex exceptions, complete new account setup and rebuild, and review client reporting for accuracy.
• Collect and maintain security pricing details from third-party vendors and broker quotes.
• Communicate with internal teams or client teams to resolve issues and support queries.
• Attend IMS and corporate development sessions to identify process improvements.
