Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an Operations Analyst – Portfolio Reporting to join our reconciliation team in Pasay. The role focuses on completing daily and monthly account reconciliations for custodial and alternative investment accounts using proprietary software.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely client deliverables. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related fields and 0–1 year of experience, with internship exposure and solid

Qualifications

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or 0-1 year of equivalent work experience.
Internship experience preferred.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology.
Self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables on time.
Strong written and verbal communication when supporting clients via email or phone.

Responsibilities

Perform daily and monthly client account reconciliation across custodial and alternative assets.
Collaborate with Implementation and Global Access teams to understand client portfolios and fund structures.
Ensure deliverables are complete and data is accurate to meet client expectations.
Manage security pricing data from third-party vendors and broker quotes.
Document processes and procedures for individual client needs and support internal teams.
