Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Product Portfolio Head – Technical Solutions to lead product strategy, lifecycle, and vendor management across telecommunications, SaaS, and cybersecurity domains.

This hybrid role in the Philippines involves collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to drive growth, improve customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering market-aligned roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, product strategy, portfolio management, vendor management, or technology solutions.
• Experience in telecommunications, digital infrastructure, SaaS, cloud solutions, OTT, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience is preferred for Head and Lead-level positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver successful product initiatives.
• Define product roadmaps, business requirements, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and key performance indicators to drive continuous enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors.
• Lead product innovation and recommend solutions that improve customer experience and business performance.
• Ensure product compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
