Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Portfolio Account Management Officer to manage and service portfolio-tagged accounts in Business Banking. You will act as the primary contact and lead coordinator for servicing and administering assigned portfolio-managed accounts.

The role involves resolving client queries, gathering information, coordinating with internal units, and ensuring KYC/Due Diligence compliance while preparing weekly performance reports for PAM leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in sales or back-office support.
• Knowledge of bank corporate/retail loan products, cash management, lending, or relationship management is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle resolution of simple and complex queries via BB Client Services or PAM email.
• Gather and analyze client information to ensure proper handling of requests.
• Coordinate with BB Client Services, Maintenance, Fulfillment, and Sales to meet TAT.
• Escalate inquiries and ensure timely resolution; assist in credit line renewals for portfolio accounts.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and Due Diligence requirements; prepare weekly performance reports.
