Haskoning in the Philippines is seeking a Port Planning Engineer / Port Development Engineer to join our Maritime team on local and international projects. You will contribute to feasibility studies, master planning, and development strategies while learning from a team of senior experts.

You will work on port and terminal master planning for container, bulk, and general cargo developments, combining engineering and advisory perspectives to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines preferred.
• Around 5+ years of relevant experience in maritime, port, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in planning or feasibility studies is a plus.
• Ability to structure technical inputs and work in multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Support port and terminal planning and advisory projects from feasibility through master planning.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to understand client needs and develop practical solutions.
• Conduct technical analyses, develop options, and assess development concepts.
• Prepare clear, well-structured reports and presentations.
• Engage with engineering, environment, and economics teams to deliver integrated projects.
• Assist with proposals and business development activities.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops; present findings.
