Job summary
Haskoning Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental & Social (E&S) Specialist to lead our growing Maritime, Climate Resilience and Renewables initiatives. Based in Makati with travel to APAC and beyond as required, you will drive E&S safeguards, engage with priority accounts, and help shape our regional strategy.

Qualifications
- Relevant environmental degree required.
- Background in E&S approvals/safeguards essential.
- EMB EIA Preparer accreditation preferred.
- 10+ years of E&S experience.
Responsibilities
- Undertake E&S processes to support delivery of large-scale projects.
- Provide technical guidance and project direction.
- Offer consultancy-level support to projects, clients, and teams.
- Supervise and review deliverables of junior consultants and support professional development.
- Assist in business development, client meetings, and marketing materials.
