Haskoning Philippines in Makati seeks a Project Director for Maritime Infrastructure to set strategic direction, lead knowledge management, and drive innovation in sustainable and digital maritime solutions. You will grow the local team, win maritime projects, and liaise across transnational teams while maintaining high technical credibility and excellent client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience with leading maritime projects and winning new maritime projects.
• Ability to grow and manage a team; transnational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for Maritime Infrastructure and act as custodian of knowledge management.
• Promote thought leadership, innovation, and sustainability across regions.
• Champion best practices, share lessons learned, and drive project delivery excellence.
• Grow the Philippine team in collaboration with the Maritime leadership.
