Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Experience with leading maritime projects and winning new maritime projects.
- Ability to grow and manage a team; transnational collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction for Maritime Infrastructure and act as custodian of knowledge management.
- Promote thought leadership, innovation, and sustainability across regions.
- Champion best practices, share lessons learned, and drive project delivery excellence.
- Grow the Philippine team in collaboration with the Maritime leadership.
