SAN MIGUEL GLOBAL POWER HOLDINGS CORP. Maitum Port seeks an experienced Port Operations Supervisor to oversee vessel cargo discharging, berthing, and shift-based operations.

The role requires coordinating with managers, ensuring safe, efficient handling of cargos, and maintaining accurate shift handovers. The candidate will assist in budgeting, plan deployment of operation personnel and contractors, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures for terminal equipment and machinery, driving

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree
• With at least 12 years of supervisory experience in port operations or project management
• Willing to work in Maitum Port, Sarangani

Responsibilities

• To supervise, coordinate and control the terminal operations (vessel cargo discharging operations, cargo out loading operations) in their respective shifts
• Assist Manager in preparation of budget
• To attend to vessel berthing and unberthing operations
• Ensures the load and discharge are performed accurately and timely
• To record performance of his shift and effectively turn-over of works to the next shift
• To plan and schedule the deployment of the operation personnel and third-party contractors
• To ensure implementation and observation of policies, programs and procedures regarding the operation of terminal's equipment and machineries
• To recommend initiatives and workflow improvements to enhance vessel operations efficiency and productivity

Education

Bachelor's degree (4-year)

12+ years supervisory experience in port operations or project management
