Job summary

AS White Global Pty seeks an experienced procurement specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing of engineering spare parts for operations in Manila. You will coordinate supplier quotes, place orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records.

You will also process invoices, support reporting, and help with capital expenditure and labor procurement. This onsite-first role aligns with Australian hours and offers growth within a dynamic APAC network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in an operational environment.
• Experience using SAP for purchasing, requisitions, and goods receipt.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of engineering spare parts and related requirements.
• Raise, track, and maintain purchase orders ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers on quotes, fulfilment, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Process invoices, perform system administration, and support procurement workflows.
• Assist with capital expenditure and labor procurement activities as needed.
