Job summary

AS White Global Pty is seeking an Inventory & Supply Planner in Manila to balance inventory availability with customer requirements across a national network. You will work with operations, logistics, and commercial teams to develop replenishment plans and optimize service levels.

Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, identifying risks, and driving data-driven improvements. Initial on-site setup with a transition to hybrid work after 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory planning, supply planning, demand planning, replenishment planning, or a similar supply chain function.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience; exposure to SAP/Power BI is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across functions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory and replenishment plans balancing customer demand, stock availability, and operational needs across locations.
• Monitor inventory performance and identify risks, shortages, or excess stock with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, customer service, and partners to ensure smooth inventory movement.
• Analyze planning and operational data to provide insights for decisions and improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Develop inventory and replenishment plans that balance customer demand, stock availability, and operational requirements across multiple locations.
• Monitor inventory performance and identify potential risks, shortages, or excess stock, recommending actions to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, customer-facing teams, and external partners to support the smooth movement of inventory throughout the network.
• Analyse planning and operational data to provide insights that support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive process enhancements and reporting improvements that strengthen planning accuracy, visibility, and overall supply chain performance.

Key Criteria

• Experience in inventory planning, supply planning, demand planning, replenishment planning, or a similar supply chain function.
• Strong analytical capability with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make sound planning decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP platforms; exposure to SAP, Power BI, or similar tools will be highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple business functions.
• Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3-6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
