Job summary

Felix Hospital, Polyclinic Sector 75 Noida, is seeking a Coordinator – Polyclinic Operations to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth patient flow. You will coordinate doctors, nurses, reception, diagnostics, pharmacy, housekeeping, and support staff; monitor registrations, appointments, billing, and follow-ups; maintain readiness and cleanliness across the facility.

The role requires 2–5 years in healthcare operations, a relevant degree, strong communication, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

Graduate in Any Stream.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and basic hospital/clinic software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day functioning of the polyclinic and ensure smooth operations.
Ensure proper opening, closing, and operational readiness of the facility.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, diagnostics, pharmacy, housekeeping, and other support teams.
Ensure availability of required equipment, supplies, forms, and other operational resources.
Monitor patient registration, appointment scheduling, consultation, billing, diagnostics, and follow-up processes.
