Responsibilities

• Performs New Business functions ensuring compliance to guidelines and set parameters.
• Provides assistance to the agency force regarding concerns on Accountable Forms and APRs.
• Addresses policy-related concerns and processes requests such as VUL After-Issue transactions, policy loans, amendments, dividend withdrawals, surrenders, maturities, reinstatement applications and other servicing requests within limits of authority.
• Ensures efficient management of premium collection and disbursement.
• Provides technical, clerical and service support to the Regional/District/Service Office.
