We’re Hiring: Customer Service Specialist – Insurance

Location: Makati, Metro Manila | Full-Time

First Life Financial Co., Inc. is looking for a reliable and service-oriented Customer Service Specialist to be part of our growing insurance team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping people and have a keen understanding of life insurance products and services.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our policyholders—assisting with inquiries, policy information, claims, and other service-related concerns. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding our commitment to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries regarding life insurance products, policy details, billing, and claims
• Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support across various communication channels (phone, email, face-to-face)
• Assist clients in policy servicing such as updates, beneficiary changes, and reinstatements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns
• Maintain and update customer records with confidentiality and accuracy

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College in Business related course, Behavioral Science, Communication Arts, or other related fields.
• Over 1 year to 3 years hands-on experience in policy servicing from conservation to amendments to settlement of policies, and broad customer service delivery function in financial services company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
