Teleperformance Philippines in Pasig invites an experienced Operations Manager to lead P&C insurance operations, shaping performance and compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will oversee 100+ FTE across policy servicing, billing accuracy, and underwriting support, driving automation and process improvements while collaborating with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and finance.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in insurance operations leadership, strong systems knowledge

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of insurance operations leadership, P&C preferred.
• Experience managing large teams in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of insurance systems (Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
• Proven track record of operational improvements and KPI governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 100+ FTE across policy servicing, billing accuracy, and underwriting support
• Drive performance, quality, and productivity across all insurance workflows
• Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Finance
• Own SOPs, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver measurable improvements through automation and process optimization
