Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in Manila seeks a detail-oriented policy processing specialist to input policy details accurately, provide technical support, and deliver exceptional customer service in a regulated environment.

You will review instructions from underwriters and agents, perform rating support, issue and amend policies, and mentor teammates to meet service levels while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Some call centre experience in service industry, preferably with insurance or banking.
• Experience in customer service and working with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyse and interpret processing instructions, applications, and work requests from underwriters and agents.
• Provide rating and processing support for lines of business and multi-state accounts.
• Process straight-through underwriting policy issuance and amendments within guidelines.
• Provide customer service support for underwriters, handling inquiries with complexity.
• Mentor team members to meet service level expectations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
